We are open till 7pm on weekdays to accommodate busy working people to find time to view properties.

Sabir joined the Industry in 2003 as a trainee property negotiator in Whitechapel East London. He went onto becoming branch manager in Sales and Lettings servicing clients and Developers in the regeneration of Tower Hamlets and Stratford Village.
With his passion for people and property, in 2008 Sabir started his next property Journey to Canada Water to be part of another regeneration boom in a senior role with LiviginLondon estate agents. This is where he found and laid his foundations and in 2015 formed his own estate agency.
Sabir also hold qualifications from Propertymark (formerly ARLA and NAEA) in Residential Letting and Property Management and The Sale of Residential Property.
In his spare time, he enjoys restoring cars, spending time with children and quiet nights in when possible.

“I like to be honest and direct with clients and never over promise if I cannot deliver. You get what you see, and this is the foundation for how I work.
My belief is that there is no substitute for face to face contact when Selling, Letting or Renting.
This valuable lesson was learnt in 2003 where my journey in East London began. Being part of the regeneration to many parts of the Borough and Stratford in the lead up to the London Olympics 2020 was amazing!

With my family growing and needing more of my time, it became clear that I needed to find a new area in to work which was slower paced but equally appealing to home seekers and investors. Canada Water found me!

Kal started his journey in 2005 moving to London from the West Country to work as a junior negotiator in the City of London, this is where he learnt the basics of estate agency until he came to Canada Water securing a role with Winkworth. Guided by the of the owner, Kal excelled to a senior role in Sales and Lettings also assisting with their vast portfolio of managed properties to become a professional in his own right.

“I have lived in Canada water for over 10 years and love the proximity to the big city while having the near tranquil parts of a countryside small town. I have enjoyed being a part of and witnessing its growth.
As a keen traveller and foodie, I look forward to the arrival of Crossrail in canary wharf, so I will be one stop to Canary wharf and a 40-minute ride to Heathrow airport. When doing a weekend away in Europe London city airport is perfect and I have counted 27 minutes from Plane door to home door.
For the foodie in me I love going to Greenwich on Sundays for the food market and being close to Maltby street (1 stop on tube) and Borough (2 stops on tube) Markets to satisfy the urge for tasty treats.
Having recently become a father, I love the kid’s facilities available on my doorstep. Canada water studios have regular baby sensory and Yoga classes. Canada water library also offers babies and kids singing activities. There are also canals and walkways with birds and wildlife making it a great place for when we want to go for a walk.
Canada water is an excellent place for those who want to want the best of both worlds. For those like me who have moved from the countryside, London can be quite overwhelming. Canada water is an area that is very forgiving. It has excellent schools’ restaurants and places to walk around which make it great for the young growing family. On the alternative side it’s great for young people too. Its far better value than living in the concrete jungle that is Canary Wharf, If you are a music lover, the new Printworks venue is close to Canada water station which hosts some of the world’s best DJ’s. its 2 stops from the o2 centre and a 12-minute tube ride to Bond street for great shopping.”
